CrossFit is a training program based on strength and conditioning, involving a series of varied functional exercises carried out at high intensity.
This method allows you to work strength, resistance, speed and many other factors to improve overall health and wellbeing. PROVEN RESULTS!
n CrossFit routine is the enemy, so every day we practice different functional exercises – squats, lifting weights and other similar movements. One day you could squat (basically stand up and sit down) repeatedly, and the next day you could pick up something heavy from the floor.

We don’t use machines – we are the machines, and we get better every day practicing these functional exercises. Every day is different so the body can’t get used to a routine. And you have to really work hard – that’s the challenge!
